Dr. Brian Mika is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping patients heal through compassionate, evidence-based care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed his residency at Brown University. As Medical Director, he has spent more than 14 years leading psychiatric services while helping patients achieve lasting wellness.

As Medical Director, he provides compassionate, patient-centered mental health care to the community.

I believe mental health is best nurtured by caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Everyone’s story is unique, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
My clinical focus includes medication management and Spravato (esketamine) treatment for those navigating treatment-resistant depression, as well as comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan. I understand that choosing medication is a personal decision, and I aim to provide clear information, thoughtful guidance, and true partnership throughout the process.
Grounded in a holistic, patient-centered philosophy, I prioritize therapeutic communication, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based care. With more than ten years of nursing experience and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, I am passionate about helping individuals find balance, strength, and hope.

Vasti Geddes is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. She has clinical experience across outpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and inpatient adolescent psychiatry.
Vasti is fluent in Spanish and committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice. She believes in partnering with patients to help them understand their symptoms, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, sustainable progress.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, and exploring creative ways to support community wellness.

Rebekah Shan Bailey, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience with than five years in psychiatric practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. Rebekah has experience across multiple health care settings including critical care, virtual care, school health, and mental health. She strives to provide individualized, holistic care, integrating evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate understanding to support each client’s unique needs.

Mary Ashley Boykin, BSN, RN serves as a Program Nurse and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and is currently completing her Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree, with graduation anticipated at the end of the year. Mary Ashley is passionate about patient education, mental health advocacy, and helping individuals feel informed, supported, and empowered as they work toward improved health and wellness.

Julie is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in Psychiatric-Mental Health and Addictions Nursing who enjoys the fulfillment she finds providing compassionate care and education to adolescents and adults. She has clinical experience across inpatient psychiatry, inpatient residential programming and school nursing as well as leadership roles in various nursing specialties.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering as a foster for adoptable pets, pursuing continuing education in healthcare and doing most anything that involves being outdoors.

Kim graduated from UNCG in the fall of 2023 with her bachelors in Park and Recreation Management with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Kim worked for Mecklenburg Parks and Recreation for a year and has been with Continuum since June of this year.
Kim’s biggest joy in life is helping individuals with disabilities to discover their potential in a recreation and community setting. Some of her favorite activities when she has free time are hiking, playing disc golf, and camping.

I am a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Class of 2024, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I competed on the VMI Men’s NCAA Division I swim team. VMI taught me discipline, resilience, and how to balance high-level academics with intense athletic and military demands.
I’m the Mental Health Technician at Continuum Health Providers. I apply my background in psychology to support individuals on their journey toward stability, growth, and well-being. I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment for others.
Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in history, value time spent with family and friends, and I make it a priority to stay connected with the people who matter most to me.

Jordan is dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and thrive. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and certifications in DBT, Grief Informed Counseling and Prepare & Enrich Premarital Counseling.
Jordan integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster emotional balance, self-awareness, and resilience. Drawing on her background in education and her Life Coach certification, she incorporates creative, interactive methods—such as music, art, and reflective activities—to support clients in exploring emotions and building coping skills.
A Certified Grief Informed Professional and wedding officiant, Jordan is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where people strengthen relationships and move confidently toward emotional wellness and spiritual growth.

Working for the past 5 years in administrative, outpatient mental health practice, his clinical interests gear towards stigmatized adult populations, including all relationship lifestyles, anger, chronic disability, depression, grief, life transitions, men’s issues, OCD, personality disorder, relationship issues, sex addiction, couples counseling, neurodiversity, other mental health providers, older populations, LGBTQIA+, with the continued interest in educational growth.

Katlynn Bellotti, M.A., LPC-A, takes an authentic, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, building therapeutic relationships with adolescents and families. Katlynn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her M.A. in Psychology from The Citadel. Stella Radke is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina and a background in Psychology and Addiction Studies. Stella specializes in working with adolescents experiencing ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. Using CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, Stella helps teens build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and recognize their strengths. Passionate about working with adolescents, Stella enjoys incorporating creativity, humor, and games into therapy to make growth, healing, and skill-building both meaningful and engaging.

George Boykin is a behavioral health executive with more than 25 years of experience serving children, adults, and families. He is passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care.
George co-founded Lighthouse Care Centers, LLC, and has led behavioral health organizations focused on patient-centered care.
Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with family and supporting community service initiatives.

Meghan Yates serves as the Director of Performance Improvement, also known as the Director of Operations, where she is dedicated to supporting George Boykin, CEO in every capacity needed.
Recognized for her adaptability, leadership, and commitment to excellence, she approaches each responsibility with purpose and service. Meghan holds an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University and is one semester away from completing her Juris Masters of Law. She began her academic journey at the University of South Carolina, earning her undergraduate degrees.
Passionate about international missions—especially her work in Uganda—Meghan is driven by a deep desire to serve others. Her leadership is shaped by integrity, compassion, and a commitment to meaningful impact, both within her organization and her community.

Tess Smith is the Billing Coordinator for Continuum Health Providers. As a billing coordinator, she is well experienced in managing health care claims, insurance verifications, posting payments and revenue cycle processing. She works closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies and patients to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursements and compliance with industry regulations. She is recognized for her attention to detail, problem solving, and knowledge of medical coding and insurance procedures to help streamline operations and improve financial outcomes for healthcare organizations. She is committed to maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service of every aspect of the medical billing process.
